Damien W. Lanyon, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPS®, CASL™
Founder and CEO
Damien began his financial services career in 1998 and founded Lanyon Advisory Services in 2012.
Previously with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, his background also includes being a business owner as well as working at an internet startup and a management consulting and training firm. Drawing on his varied experience, Damien works with successful entrepreneurs and executives to create thoughtful, pragmatic solutions to their complex financial needs.
Damien graduated in 1993 with a BS in Organic and Analytical Chemistry from Deakin University in Australia. He enjoys playing golf and is an avid field hockey player.
Constance L. Maples, CFP®, ChFC®
COO and Chief Compliance Officer
Constance began her financial services career in 1989 and recently joined Damien at Lanyon Advisory Services. Previously with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, she has a longstanding history of creating comprehensive planning solutions for her clients that are not only easy to understand, but practical to implement.
Constance graduated in 1989 with a BS in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at USC. She is a board member of the USC Trojan League Associates of San Diego County and Athena San Diego. Constance enjoys playing golf, dancing, and spending time reading.
